Sue Slagle

Sue Slagle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sue currently works at Meow Wolf as a Video Designer since December 2022 and at FormatLab US as a Senior Product Manager since October 2022. Previously, Sue worked at SUE-C & Co. since May 1998 as a Creative & Technical Director, showcasing their skills in creative coding engineering and business growth management. Sue has also held teaching positions as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University - College of Visual and Performing Arts from August 2021 to June 2022, at Mills College from August 2020 to June 2022, and at Portland Community College from May 2016 to June 2022, where they developed curriculum and taught programming and interactive video courses. Sue also worked as an Associate Operations Manager at Thread from August 2015 to July 2016. In addition, they have experience in construction project management and finance as the CFO of Kevin Slagle Design & Build, a general contracting and design-build construction company from May 2006 to November 2013. Sue has also served as an Adjunct Professor at California College of the Arts, co-founding and teaching courses in math and media and advanced interactive video from 2003 to 2011. Overall, Sue Slagle has demonstrated expertise in video design, product management, creative coding, teaching, and construction project management throughout their career.

Sue Slagle attended Boston University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math, Philosophy, and Environmental Analysis & Policy. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued further education at U C Berkeley, obtaining a Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
