Terry Koch

Terry Koch has a diverse and extensive work experience. They started their career in 1985 as a Chief Engineer at Equity Office Properties and worked there until 2006. From 2007 to 2008, Terry served as a Sr. Facilities Manager at Erickson Retirement Communities. They then worked as a Project Manager at EJCM LLC from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, Terry joined Parmenter Realty Partners as a Lead Engineer before moving to Denver Center for the Performing Arts as a Chief Engineer from 2009 to 2010. Terry took on the role of Director of Engineering at the same company from 2010 to 2015 and subsequently served as the Director of Facilities Management from 2015 to 2016. In 2018, Terry joined Holland Partner Group as a Senior Maintenance Manager and worked there until 2019. They then worked at C&W Services as an Account Manager from 2019 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Terry served as a Site Manager Engineering at Empower Retirement. Currently, Terry is employed as a Facilities Manager at Meow Wolf since 2022.

Terry Koch attended Elizabeth High School from 1981 to 1983, but did not pursue any specific degree or field of study during this time. Later, from 1986 to 1988, Terry enrolled at Colorado Technical Institute where they focused on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) but did not earn a degree in this field.
