Haley Finch

Haley Finch is a seasoned financial manager currently employed at MEPCO since December 2022. Prior to this role, Haley served as a real estate and construction manager at FCM LLC for nearly a decade, from June 2013 to December 2022. Haley began a career in finance as a mortgage loan officer at Synovus from 2011 to 2013, where responsibilities included analyzing real estate contracts, appraisals, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Haley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Georgia Southern University, earned between 2007 and 2013.
