Bethany Hilton has a wealth of experience in the fashion industry. Bethany began their career in 2016 as an Atelier Intern for Emma Beaumont. Bethany then worked as a Studio Intern for Iris van Herpen, a Production Intern for Amanda Wakeley, and an Atelier/Studio Intern for J.W.Anderson. In 2017, they also worked as a Fashion Week Intern for Julien Macdonald Limited. In 2018, they became self-employed as a Womenswear Designer. Since 2019, they have worked as a Design Assistant at Ted Baker, Matthew O'Brien, and ME+EM Ltd. In their roles, they have supported design teams in developing womenswear ranges, maintained communication between designers and production, created and maintained mood boards, and assisted with pattern cutting, fabric cutting, sampling, and fabric sourcing.
Bethany Hilton's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Fashion Design from Birmingham City University, which they obtained in 2018. Bethany also has certifications from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, AQA, WJEC / CBAC, and OCR. Prior to this, they obtained 5 A/AS Levels from South Cheshire College between 2012 and 2014, which included A Level Art, A Level Business Studies, A Level Textiles, Extended Project Qualification, AS Spanish, and AS Critical Thinking.
