Martha Evans

Martha Evans has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Martha is currently working as a Print Designer at ME+EM Ltd since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at PAPER London as a Designer from July 2022 to March 2023, and also held the positions of Junior Designer from September 2020 to July 2022, and Design Assistant from August 2019 to September 2020. Martha also gained experience as a Design Assistant at Superdry from August 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Assistant Designer at Arcadia Group Ltd for a brief period in 2018. In 2017, Martha worked as an Assistant Menswear Designer at Intrex, where they collaborated with senior designers and gained skills in fabric sourcing, merchandising, and client communication. Martha also worked as a Studio Assistant at Gurkin Rolam and as a Backstage Dresser at Graduate Fashion Week in 2017 and 2016, respectively. Martha began their career as a Buying Assistant Intern at Boden in 2010.

Martha Evans pursued their education in the field of fashion and design. From 2015 to 2018, they attended The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with honors in Fashion. Their specific focus was on Womenswear Fashion Design. In 2017, Martha participated in a three-month exchange study program at the Zhejiang Fashion Institute of Technology, further expanding their knowledge and expertise in Womenswear Design. Prior to their university studies, from 2014 to 2015, they completed a Level 3 Diploma in Art and Design at the Cardiff Arts Academy Foundation Course, enhancing their skills in the broader field of Art and Design.
