Steph Holmes has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Steph began their career as a Sales Consultant at Next Group PLC. In 2012, they took on a volunteer role at Barnardo's and interned at Kissing in Traffic and Red Alert in fashion design. In 2014, they became an Account Executive at Neighbour Design, where they were responsible for beautifully crafted and consistent communication across all media. In 2019, they took on the role of Creative Project Manager at ME+EM Ltd. In 2022, they moved to Bleach London as Creative Project Manager and then returned to ME+EM Ltd as Marketing and Brand Project Manager.
Steph Holmes attended Macclesfield College from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Art Foundation. Steph then attended the University of Lincoln from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a BA hons in Fashion Studies, specializing in Fashion Design.

ME+EM was founded by Clare Hornby in 2009 to offer designer quality at a fair price. Frustrated by how hard it was to find flattering, on-trend and beautifully-made clothes, Clare made the decision to offer women a solution to this sartorial problem. Employing her extensive consumer insight from 15 years in the advertising industry, along with a lifetime’s love of fashion and an obsession with fit, Clare launched ME+EM.
