Chief Customer Officer at MEPS Real-Time

As the Chief Customer Officer, Tim and his teams are responsible for owning the customer relationship, driving customer experience, and being the organization’s customer advocate. This customer centric responsibility starts with early customer discussions to understand needs and set expectations; and follows through process discussions, integration needs, project management, implementation, technical support and ongoing client services.

Tim comes to IntelliGuard with over 25 years of experience consultatively providing technical solutions to business problems and serving customers in complex technical environments. Prior to joining the team, Tim was the Chief Information Officer for an international telco provider where he was recruited to digitally transform the organization into a world class, cloud-based technology company. Prior to that, he has worked as an executive in the sourcing, medical and pharmaceutical, distribution, inventory, and logistics industries.

Tim earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Computer Science Engineering specializing in embedded systems hardware and software.
