Nii Kwartei Quartey has been in the professional world for over seven years. Nii Kwartei began their career in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant at nibghana. In 2016, they joined Standard Chartered Bank Ghana as a Customer Service Executive (Lending). Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Relationship Manager at meqasa.com (Meqasa Ltd).

Nii Kwartei Quartey completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) from the University of Ghana in 2017.
