Lucero Cuevas has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Chef at Mera Corporation since December 2012, overseeing multiple brands including Guacamole Grill and Guy Fieri restaurants, and participating in various openings across Mexico and Colombia. Previously, Cuevas held the position of Chef at Restaurante Chocolate City from March 2006 to December 2012, contributing to the launch of locations in Cancún. Earlier roles include Kitchen Manager at TGI Fridays and Italianni's International, as well as Executive Sous Chef at Royal Resorts, highlighting a strong background in kitchen management and operations. Lucero Cuevas holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Universidad del Caribe and a degree in Hotel Management from Escuela Panamericana de Hotelería.
