Elie Saliby

Elie Saliby has had an extensive career in traffic and highway engineering. Elie started their career in 1996 as a Team Leader/Project Manager at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Project Manager at PARSONS BRINCKERHOFF. In 2012, they joined Meraas/North25/Dubai Holding as a Road Design/Traffic Engineering and Management professional. Elie later became the Head of Traffic and Highway Engineering at North25/Meraas. Overall, Elie Saliby has a diverse range of experience in traffic and highway engineering, with a strong focus on project management.

Elie Saliby's education history begins with their graduation from Notre Dame de Jamhour in 1987, where they obtained their Lebanese Baccalaureate II with a focus on Sciences. Following this, they attended the American University of Beirut from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. Elie then pursued further studies at the same university from 1992 to 1996, obtaining another Bachelor's Degree, this time in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Finally, Elie Saliby completed their education at the American University of Beirut from 1997 to 2003, earning a Master's Degree in Transportation Engineering and Planning.
