Osama Abou El Enain

Osama Abou El Enain has a vast and extensive work experience in the development and architecture field. Osama started their career with CDC abdel-Halem as an Architect in 1990 and worked there until 1993. From 1993 to 2003, they worked as an Architect/Senior Architect at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners). Osama then joined Emaar in 2003 as a Manager of Development until 2006, during which they also held the position of Senior Manager of Development at Emaar Saudi Arabia from 2006 to 2007. At Emaar, they progressed to the roles of Director of Development from 2008 to 2013, and then became Senior Director of Development from 2013 to 2014. Osama then transitioned to Emaar Properties PJSC as the Executive Director of Development from 2014 to 2016. After leaving Emaar, they served as the Head of Development & Projects at Eagle Hills from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are the Chief Development Officer at Meraas since June 2018.

Osama Abou El Enain attended Cairo University from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree with a focus on Architecture.
