Previously, Silvano held the position of Manager of Retail Facility Management and Operations at Meraas Holding and worked as Assistant Manager - Soft Services, focusing on mall management requests and service provider coordination. Prior experience also includes serving as Ops Coordinator at Majid Al Futtaim, where responsibilities involved overseeing operational quality in various aspects of mall management. Silvano holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dempo College of Commerce and Economics, attained between 1995 and 1998.
