Lisa Burt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in wellness and health transformation, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Aon since August 2015, after holding various leadership roles including Vice President and Assistant Vice President - Health Transformation. Previous positions include Manager of Global Well-Being at Allergan and Director of Employee Wellness at Highmark. Additionally, Lisa contributes to community health as a Group Exercise Instructor at the Merage Jewish Community Center of Orange County and previously at Extreme Fitness. Early in the career, positions included Project Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh and Sr. Research Associate at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. Lisa holds a B.S. in Psychology from West Virginia University and an M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
