Santosh Mandikal

Santosh Mandikal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Santosh began their career as a Software Engineer at Sankalp Infotech in 2000, where they worked until 2001. Santosh then joined Mentorware as a Team Lead from 2001 to 2005.

In 2005, Santosh joined Motorola Home & Networks Mobility as a Senior Software Engineer. After two years, they transitioned to Mentorware again, this time as an Engineering Manager from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they held the position of Sr. Engineering Project Manager at Mentorware before moving on to their next role.

In 2018, Santosh Mandikal became the CTO at Prosperfit.org, where they worked until May 2021. Currently, they hold the position as the Director of Engineering at Merago, starting in June 2021.

Throughout their career, Santosh has showcased their expertise in engineering project management and leadership roles, providing valuable contributions to the organizations they have worked for.

Santosh Mandikal completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute Of Technology. Santosh attended the institute from 1992 to 1996.
