Joseph S. Martz

Joseph S. Martz is the CEO at Merakey. Joseph has over two decades of experience in the public and private sector. Joseph has served in various leadership roles, including Secretary of Administration for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Managing Director for the City of Philadelphia. In 2001, they joined ACS, a global information technology company, where they served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Government Solutions Division. In 2005, they were appointed by Governor Edward G. Rendell to serve as Pennsylvania's Secretary of Administration. Joseph served in this role until 2007, when they joined the Board of Directors of City Trusts. Joseph served as Board Secretary and Executive Director until 2014.
