Laura Drysdale

Laura Drysdale is the Managing Director of Meraki Talent Ltd, a recruitment firm specializing in bespoke recruitment solutions for the financial services sector in the UK and professional services sector globally. Since joining Meraki Talent in July 2015, Laura has contributed to its growth and focus on meeting hiring needs in these industries. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of International Managing Director at Change Recruitment Group from 2003 to September 2014, playing a key role in the successful £14m Management Buy-Out in 2006 and establishing the International division. Laura's educational background includes studies at Heriot-Watt University from 1996 to 1999.
