David Laub

David Laub is the Managing Director and Trader at Meraki Global Advisors. David has over eight years of experience in the financial industry, working with companies such as Millennium Management and Sanoor Capital Management LP.

At Millennium Management, David Laub transformed trading approaches by collaborating with trade cost analysis experts and portfolio managers to create a differentiated process. This process improved the quality of execution and slashed trade slippage, boosting profitability by 10-15%.

At Sanoor Capital Management LP, David Laub was Head of Trading and was responsible for coordinating all trading, including equity, derivative, and currency hedging, as well as settlement for all instruments. David also supervised the design of a new Trading desk from the conception of the firm. David Laub was able to back test and estimate a reduction of losses by 25% over an 18-month period through the introduction of different metrics to slash volatility of returns.

David Laub received their BA in Political Science from Colgate University.
