Ryan Tumbagahan

Ryan Tumbagahan currently serves as the Head of Corporate Planning & Process Management at MERALCO, a position held since January 2016, where Ryan has led the development of a unified framework for planning and process management. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Process Architecture Manager at MERALCO, responsible for overhauling the Business Process Management methodology. Ryan has experience as a Process Analyst and End-User Developed Application Governance Lead at Deutsche Knowledge Services, where responsibilities included engagement with the Enterprise Process Model and enforcing policies for End-User Developed Applications. Earlier roles include Information Technology and Communications Consultant at Auckland City Council, IT Project Manager at Novare Technologies and Datapax Philippines, and Application Consultant at Intellimedia Corporation. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Saint La Salle, completed in 1999.
