Rafael Gluz

Rafael Gluz has extensive work experience in finance roles. Rafael is currently working as the Finance Director - Business Controllership at Merama since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of FP&A Sr. Manager at Merama from November 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Merama, Rafael worked at RB, where they served as a Finance Manager - FP&A from July 2020 to November 2021. Rafael also held the role of Supply Finance Jr Manager from November 2018 to June 2020 and Supply Finance Coordinator from October 2017 to October 2018 at RB. Rafael's earlier experience includes working as a Finance Analyst at Duracell from March 2016 to October 2017 and as a Finance Analyst LATAM at Procter & Gamble from June 2015 to March 2016. Rafael started their career as a Trainee at Vivara in March 2015 and later worked as a Finance Intern at Procter & Gamble from July 2013 to December 2014.

Rafael Gluz obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Administração de Empresas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they attended from 2011 to 2014.
