Rodrigo Esteves

Rodrigo Esteves has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies starting in 1994. Rodrigo began their career as an Import and Export Coordinator at São Paulo Airways Comissária de Despachos Ltda., where they worked for 18 years. In 2012, they joined MIMO STYLE as an Import and Export Coordinator, responsible for managing import processes and coordinating customs clearance. Rodrigo also played a key role in improving internal process flows and communication between the Brazilian and Chinese offices. In 2014, Rodrigo moved to SCHÜTZ VASITEX INDÚSTRIA DE EMBALAGENS S/A, where they served as a Supply Manager. Here, they were responsible for the company's supply department, including foreign trade and purchasing. Rodrigo successfully restructured the purchasing department and implemented procurement procedures, resulting in approval in various audits. Currently, Rodrigo is the Head of International Logistics & Customs for Brazil at Merama, a position they assumed in November 2021.

Rodrigo Esteves completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Purchasing Management from Live University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Law Degree from Universidade Paulista from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they have also earned the certification of Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2020.
