Rodrigo Hernández began their work experience in 2013 as a Continuous Improvement Analyst at DuPont. Rodrigo then moved on to Procter & Gamble, where they served as a Distribution Coordinator and later as a Key Account Manager. In 2017, they joined Grupo Herdez as a Category Trade Jr Manager and eventually became the Category Trade Sr Manager. In 2020, Rodrigo joined Amazon as a Category Business & Development Manager. Currently, they are working at Merama, starting as a Head of Channel Optimization and later transitioning to the role of Channel Management Director.
Rodrigo Hernández has a postgraduate degree in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online, which they completed in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte, graduating in 2016. In 2013, they also received a certification in Six Sigma from DuPont.
