Aleisha Shevela

Aleisha Shevela has a strong background in employer and health plan implementations. Aleisha started their career as a Technical Lead at Thomson Reuters in 2007 and eventually progressed to roles such as Team Lead and Manager. In 2011, they joined Truven Health Analytics™ as a Manager, before moving up to the position of Senior Manager. Aleisha continued their work in the same field at IBM, where they held the roles of Senior Manager and Industry Consultant. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Lead of Service Delivery at Merative.

Aleisha Shevela completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems at Central Michigan University from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their degree, Aleisha has obtained several certifications from IBM. In 2018, they became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, and in 2019, they became an IBM Certified Manager. Aleisha also obtained certifications in IBM Agile Explorer (2018), People Skills - Communication, Presentation, Collaboration, and Problem Solving (2020), Cloud Core (2020), Python for Data Science (2021), and IBM Virtual Collaborator (2021).
