Bill Buck

Bill Buck is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in implementation and services within the healthcare sector. Currently, Bill serves as Vice President at Merative, leading customer onboarding and data acquisition for Truven solutions while playing a pivotal role in the transition from IBM. Prior to Merative, Bill held several key roles at IBM, including leading global client services and overseeing payer and employer implementations. Bill's expertise in healthcare data management and system interoperability was further developed at Phytel, where roles included Vice President of Implementation and Professional Services and Director of Data Integration Services. Earlier in the career, Bill was Vice President of Operations at Surgisoft, focusing on the spine and orthopedic market, and worked as a Purchasing Software Consultant at American Airlines. Bill holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University.
