Marina Pascali

Marina Pascali is an experienced product manager with a strong background in developing and launching SaaS and cloud-based solutions in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Merative since July 2022, Marina previously held the same title at IBM, where significant contributions included launching IBM’s first HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant SaaS solution and expanding into new markets. Marina's leadership at Phytel involved managing a suite of population health products and launching a post-discharge transition offering aimed at reducing readmissions. With earlier roles at CVS/Caremark, AdvancePCS, and as an independent consultant, Marina has demonstrated expertise in health care analysis, strategic planning, and technology integration. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Health Services and Policy Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside advanced degrees in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University.
