Melisa Santoso

Melisa Santoso has extensive experience in leadership and organizational roles, currently serving as Senior PMO and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Meratus Group, while also holding the position of Head of Organizational Design and HR Business Partner Manager. Prior roles include Assistant to the Vice Dean and Academic and College Coordinator at Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA), as well as Managing Partner at Instinct Learning Center and Assessor at Pusat Konsultasi dan Layanan Psikologi. Melisa Santoso's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Industry and Organization, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both obtained from Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA).
