André Gouvinhas

André Gouvinhas has over 15 years of work experience in various finance and management roles.

Starting in 2007, they gained valuable experience as a Trainee at Metalúrgica Albras, where they analyzed production methods, standardized industrial processes, and implemented the Kanban system and 5S program.

In 2015, André became a Partner at Connect Partners Financial Advisory, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. André was responsible for managing client relationships, leading project teams, and conducting negotiations. André played a key role in the successful sale of the NBS to Dentsu Aegis Network and the merger between PPR, NBS, and Agência Quê.

In 2018, André joined Kenoby, a technology startup, as CFO & Analytics. André led the finance and analytics teams, developing business plans, defining financing strategies, and managing budgets. André also played a crucial role in establishing partnerships and expanding the company's client base.

In 2021, André took on the role of CFO at Guiabolso, where they focused on financial management and strategy. Later that year, they moved to 2TM as Director of M&A, Ventures, and IR, overseeing merger and acquisition activities.

Currently, André is serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Mercado Bitcoin, where they bring their extensive experience and expertise to the cryptocurrency industry.

Throughout their career, André has demonstrated strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven track record in driving business growth and executing successful projects.

From 2004 to 2008, André Gouvinhas attended Escola Politécnica da USP, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Their field of study specialized in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control and Automation Engineering.
