Erika Fernandes

Erika Fernandes currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Education at Mercado Bitcoin since June 2023 and has held the position of Head of Educational Products at Blockchain Academy since May 2021. Previous experience includes roles in training, culture, and organizational development at Hyundai Motor Brasil, as well as various positions at Afferolab, where responsibilities included project coordination and instruction design from March 2017 to November 2020. Erika began her career in client service roles at Tofanello Comunicação and ph7 Comércio e Representações. Erika holds a specialization in Project Management from Centro Universitário Senac and a degree in Educommunication from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, along with an exchange in Educational Psychology from the Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto.
