Product Manager de Engajamento at Mercado Bitcoin

João Comar has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. João started in 2018 as an Estagiário em Canais Digitais Rede at Itaú Unibanco, where they assisted in generating indicators and studies to aid in operational decision-making and contributed to the planning and strategy for customer acquisition through channel promotion campaigns.

In 2019, João joined iti Itaú as a Product Owner, where they led multidisciplinary teams focused on revamping iti's institutional website. João was responsible for making the site more user-friendly and informative, transitioning the hosting platform, and migrating to a CMS tool. During their time at iti, João also served as a Product Owner in the area of Use Analytics, implementing analytical tags to understand customer behavior and optimize the acquisition funnel. João worked closely with UX, UI, marketing, and the entire performance business team, following the Scrum Agile methodology.

In 2020, João continued their career at Itaú Unibanco as a Business Analyst, taking charge of structuring the analytics part of the digital NCC acquisition journey. João also played a role in the intelligence selection of the target audience to offer the best product to customers.

Currently, João is working as a Product Manager de Engajamento at Mercado Bitcoin, a position they began in June 2021.

João Comar pursued their education from 2015 to 2020, where they attended the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Engineering. In 2020, they furthered their education by attending FIAP, where they studied Digital Analytics. Later that year, they also enrolled at Knowledge21 to pursue a degree in Product Owner. The fields of study for the Digital Analytics and Product Owner programs are not specified.
