Vinicius Pirola has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vinicius began their career as a Web Developer at IBM in New York in 1999. Vinicius then worked as an IT System Analyst at Rio Sul Airlines from 2000 to 2001. Pirola joined General Electric - Water & Process Technologies in 2002 and held various positions, including IT Application & Project Leader and IT Manager for Latin America. During their time at General Electric, they successfully led several projects, including SAP equipment implementation, Six Sigma projects, and Cognos implementation. In 2009, Pirola joined UnitedHealth Group and held multiple roles, including Post Payment Product Manager, Sr. Operational Excellence Manager, and Sr. IT Governance Manager. Vinicius was responsible for various initiatives, such as implementing IT controls, leading ITSM programs, and playing a key role in the AMIL acquisition by UnitedHealth Group. Pirola then worked at Alliar as the Head of Digital and IT from 2019 to 2020. Vinicius was responsible for driving the digital and IT strategy for the company. In 2020, Pirola joined Rede Ímpar as the IT Portfolio & Governance Manager. In this role, they managed the IT portfolio and implemented governance practices. Prior to their current role, Pirola worked as a Product & Project Digital Leader and Consultant from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Pirola serves as the Group Product Manager at Mercado Bitcoin, where they are responsible for leading product development and strategy.
