Andre has held various leadership roles at Bain & Company and currently serves as the SVP & Country Head Mercado Pago Brazil at Mercado Libre. Andre also serves on the board of Hotmart Company and Digital House. Andre's expertise lies in Customer Strategy and Marketing for Retail and Payments, with a focus on Digital Strategy, CRM, and customer experience redesign. Andre holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
