Diego Hara

Diego Hara is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Mercado Libre, Diego leads a team of 90 professionals in enhancing seller experience and logistics. Prior roles include Senior Technology Manager at Santander Tecnología Argentina, overseeing risk and recovery with a team of over 40 developers, and various engineering management positions at Despegar, where responsibilities included managing teams of over 70 developers across multiple IT domains. Diego holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires, among other educational qualifications.
