Juan Pablo Gallo

Juan Pablo Gallo is an experienced UX professional currently serving as a UX Lead at Mercado Libre since December 2021. Prior to this role, Gallo held similar positions as UX Lead at Falabella and served at Sodimac Chile as a Senior UX/UI Designer. Gallo has extensive experience in project leadership and multimedia design, having worked at Trabajando.com in various capacities, including IT Project Leader and Art Director. Gallo's early career includes roles in creative photography and web design at LOOPS and agenciapez. Educational achievements include a Diplomado in Information Architecture and User Experience from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, a course in Inclusive Design from Universidad del Desarrollo, and a degree in Industrial Design from the same university. Gallo also holds a technical degree in business administration.
