Mariana Leite de Almeida

Mariana Leite de Almeida is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in product design and mentorship. Currently serving as UX Lead at Mercado Livre since March 2021, Mariana guides a team within Product Design to ensure project quality and alignment with strategic objectives. Previous roles include mentoring UX students at Awari, coordinating the Product Design team at Involves, and working as a Senior Product Designer at Neoway and other companies. Mariana holds a Master's degree in Visual Arts from Universidade Federal de Pelotas and a Bachelor's in Digital Design from the same institution, along with initial studies in Architecture and Urbanism.
