Cynthia D Draper possesses extensive experience in payroll and benefits administration, currently serving as Payroll and Benefits Administrator at Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, LLC since July 2014. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Benefits Coordinator at TL Cannon Management Corp, overseeing benefits for approximately 3,900 employees, including 401(k) plans and various insurance programs, as well as serving as the Workers' Compensation coordinator. Additionally, Cynthia worked as the Assistant to the Director of Technology at Synacor, managing scheduling, invoicing, and reports. Academically, Cynthia earned an MBA in Human Resources from Niagara University and a BS in Journalism and Sociology from East Tennessee State University, complemented by a high school diploma from Sullivan East High School.
