Trudy McElligott has over three decades of experience in client management and operations, currently serving as a Client Relationship Manager at Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, LLC since 1990. Initially hired as a Payment Processing Clerk, Trudy was promoted within a year to Clerical Operations Manager & Information Technology Client Liaison, where responsibilities included managing Rochester-based clients for fourteen years and transitioning the firm to a technology-driven model. Trudy's early success and technical agility were pivotal in obtaining the managerial role. Prior to joining Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, Trudy held positions as a Receptionist at Marine Midland Bank and as a Clerk at Mark IV Enterprises.
