Bob Shilander

Bob Shilander has had a diverse work experience in the finance and hospitality industries. Bob started their career at Noble Mortgage Company as a Senior Mortgage Broker from 2003 to 2007. Bob then worked as a Food Server at Carrabba's Italian Grill from 2007 onwards. In 2012, they joined Chemical Bank as a Rate Specialist in the Mortgage Operations department, where they were responsible for various mortgage processes and managing a competitive mortgage rate sheet. Bob continued working at Chemical Bank until 2019 when they transitioned to Mercantile Bank of Michigan as a Secondary Market Specialist.

Bob Shilander attended Michigan State University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
