Cmna Jo Reed

Jo Reed has a strong background in IT support and network engineering. They began their career in 2013 as a Client Service Engineer L1 at Trivalent Group and then moved on to JR Automation in 2015, where they worked as a System Technician providing help desk and desk side support. In 2017, they joined CatchMark Technologies as a Senior Information Technology Specialist. Most recently, Jo Reed worked at The KR Group, Inc. as an IT Support Engineer until 2023. They are currently employed as a Network Engineer at Mercantile Bank.

Jo Reed, CMNA, has a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from ITT Technical Institute, which was completed in 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the same institution, which was completed in 2010. In addition to their formal education, Jo Reed has obtained certifications in "Implementing and administering cisco solutions" from Cisco in August 2023 and in "Cisco Meraki Networking Associate" from Cisco Meraki in June 2021.
