Nichole Kladder

Nichole Kladder began their career as a Promotions + Multimedia Assistant at the Detroit Pistons in 2008. Nichole then worked at Pomegranate Studios as a Coordinator from 2010 to 2013 before moving on to Baas Creative, where Nichole served as a Video Producer + Account Manager from 2013 to 2015. At Steelcase, Nichole held the position of Digital Marketing Manager, Video Production from 2015 to 2023. Currently, Nichole is the First Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Mercantile Bank starting from August 2023. Kladder holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Western Michigan University.
