Peggy Coutchie, CPA, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Peggy began their career at Leprino Foods, where they served as a Quality Control Supervisor, overseeing a team of six employees and managing all plant quality control programs. Peggy then joined McCall & Company, PLC as a Staff Accountant, where they handled accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll for a major client, while also preparing tax returns and providing financial analysis. After this, they worked at Buchholz & Associates as a Senior Staff Accountant, specializing in compilations, reviews, and audits for various clients. At Crowe Chizek, Peggy gained experience as a Staff Accountant, assisting with workpapers, tax returns, and department projects. Peggy then moved to Community Shores Bank as a VP/Controller, responsible for financial management and overseeing the accounting department.
