Brian Price

Brian Price has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1986, they worked as part of the Futures and Options Trading and Market Making Group at Bisley Options Group Australia. From 1984 to 1986, they were the Manager of Hybrid Structured Products and Risk Trading at Trans City Holding TCH - Division of Irving Trust in New York. Starting in 1988, Brian worked as a Proprietary Trader on their own account, specializing in global listed derivatives and short selling options. During this time, they traded on various exchanges and held positions until 2006. In 2006, Brian founded FEX Global and became the Executive Director and founder of the company. Brian also founded and served as a Non-Executive Director of Envex Services, focusing on providing market-based solutions for the environmental asset class. In 2018, Brian founded SEFToken Inc Delaware and served as the Executive Director. Additionally, they hold the role of Executive Director at Mercari Pty Ltd, where they oversee the company's strategy. Throughout their career, Brian has been an active private investor and has made numerous investments in both listed and unlisted entities.

Brian Price obtained their Master of Commerce degree in Tax and Finance from UNSW in 1982-1983. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems from UNSW in the years 1979-1982. Additionally, they acquired certifications from FINRA, specifically the Series 3 NFA National Commodity Futures Examination 2023, and from SFE, the Registered Representative Exam in 1984.
