Nikinsha Kesharwani

Nikinsha Kesharwani is currently working as an Engineering Manager and Technical Lead at Mercari, Inc. They lead the Trust and Safety team, ensuring the safety of the marketplace and customers. Previously, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, successfully migrating features to microservices. Nikinsha has also held positions at Cisco Jasper, Cisco Systems, and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they served as a Teaching Assistant. They hold a Master of Technology in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering.
