Phuong Nguyen Diep

Phuong Nguyen Diep is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in technology and business operations. Currently at Mercari, Inc. since May 2022, Phuong oversees the launch of new C2B2C web applications and manages product timelines and strategic priorities. As the founder of Kami Bookshop, Phuong established a leading Japanese manga-related forwarding service in Vietnam. Previous roles include product manager and integration engineer at Moneytree, where Phuong led key API product enhancements and customer service solutions, and marketing specialist at Credit Saison, achieving significant increases in service registrations. Phuong also contributed to Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University as a writing center tutor and was a participant in MEXT's Entrepreneur Program, where a startup business plan was developed. Currently pursuing an MBA at GLOBIS University, Phuong holds a BBA in Marketing from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University.
