Chandan Ray has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and automation. Chandan started their career as a Test Engineer at 3 Edge Solution in 2009 and worked there until 2010. Chandan then joined Creative Collage Ltd as a QA Tester, where they performed web test automation and manual testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber. Chandan also gained experience in continuous integration testing with Jenkins.

In 2013, Chandan joined UTC London Ltd as a Test Analyst, where they continued to work on web test automation and manual testing, using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber. Chandan also gained experience in continuous integration testing with Jenkins.

In 2015, Chandan joined Accenture as a Senior Test Analyst Engineer at HMRC, where they worked on government digital service (GDS) standards testing and digital transformation projects. Chandan gained experience working on cloud-based solutions using AWS and was involved in web test automation and manual testing. Chandan also worked on test automation framework and architecture management.

In 2018, Chandan joined Capita as a Senior QA/Test Automation Engineer at Orangebus, where they performed test planning, strategy, and documentation. Chandan continued to work on web test automation and manual testing and gained proficiency in tools and technologies like Specflow, C#, NUnit, Java, .net framework, VSTS, Cypress.io, and Node.

In 2020, Chandan had two roles. First, they worked as a Test Automation Engineer at ARM, where they focused on test automation. Later, they joined Mercator IT Solutions Ltd as a Senior Test Automation Engineer at HMRC, where they again worked on government digital service (GDS) standards testing and digital transformation projects. Chandan worked on cloud-based solutions using AWS and was involved in web test automation and manual testing. Chandan also worked on test automation framework and architecture management.

Throughout their career, Chandan has gained expertise in test automation, web test automation, manual testing, continuous integration testing, and test planning and strategy. Chandan has worked with various tools and technologies and has experience in working on government projects and cloud-based solutions.

Chandan Ray has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of West London, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Computer Software Engineering from Rajalakshmi Engineering College, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition, Chandan has obtained two additional certifications: in June 2016, they became a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, and in March 2013, they received a Foundation Level certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
