Connor Hand

Connor Hand has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Connor started their career in 2014 with Mercator IT Solutions Ltd, where they worked as a Resourcer from September 2014 to December 2015. Connor then became a Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT infrastructure for both the public and private sectors from January 2016 to March 2017.

In 2017, Connor joined InterQuest Group as a Delivery Consultant for their IQ InfoSec division. In this role, they focused on connecting Information Security professionals with opportunities across various sectors. Connor stayed with the company from April 2017 to February 2018.

Connor returned to Mercator IT Solutions Ltd in 2018 and took on various roles. Connor started as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in sourcing DevOps Engineers in both the public and private sectors from March 2018 to January 2019. Connor then advanced to the role of Engagement Manager from January 2019 to June 2022. Currently, Connor holds the position of Head of Engagement Management, which started in June 2022.
