Sheldon Gold

Sheldon Gold is currently the Head of Design at Mercator Digital, where they leverage over a decade of experience in interaction, service, and product design, focusing on User Centred Design approaches. Previously, Sheldon co-founded Invate, serving as Executive Director and CTO, and held roles such as Senior Interaction Designer at HM Revenue & Customs and Creative Director at TrainAsONE. They have a track record of successfully leading multi-disciplinary teams in both Agile and waterfall environments, while delivering projects that satisfy diverse user needs. Sheldon holds an HND in Digital Design from Newcastle College and a degree in Computing for Industry from Northumbria University.
