Rachel Devenney

Rachel Devenney is a skilled professional with a strong background in research and public service. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, Rachel has previously gained experience as an intern at the Ohio Office of Budget and Management and in various roles at Cedarville University, including Peer Tutor and Student Caller, demonstrating expertise in economics and effective communication.
