Andre Urquidez

Andre Urquidez serves as the Director of Business and Fiscal Services at Merced Community College District since May 2011, overseeing budgetary and fiscal functions. Additionally, Andre has been a Minister with United Pentecostal Church International since February 2013, providing biblical teaching and financial counseling. Previous roles include Acting Executive Director at Merced College Foundation, Interim Deputy Finance Director for the City of El Monte, and Director of Finance/CFO at Merced Irrigation District. Andre's extensive auditing experience includes work as an Auditor for Merced County Auditor-Controller Office and the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Administration: Accountancy from California State University-Sacramento and a Certificate from the Emerging Leadership Institute at Merced Community College District.
