Merced County Office of Education
Rosemary C. Lucero, M.Ed, is a dedicated Special Education Teacher at Merced County Office of Education, serving since August 2018, with a focus on teaching severely handicapped students in the TABS Program. Additionally, Rosemary has been involved with National University since July 2021, working on various academic components, including Letters of Recommendation and teaching statements.
