Dr. Magnus Lahti

Dr. Magnus Lahti is an experienced professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Team Lead for Supplier Quality of Metal Parts at Mercedes-AMG GmbH since May 2017, overseeing the quality of critical components such as body in white, exterior parts, suspension, rims, brakes, exterior glass, and tires. Prior to this role, Dr. Lahti held various positions at Daimler AG, including Team Lead for Suspension Design and Development, and also contributed to Electric Power Steering functional development and Active Suspension as a Hard-/Software Engineer at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America. Dr. Lahti began the career as a Research Worker focused on vehicle dynamics modeling and simulations at DaimlerChrysler. Dr. Lahti holds a Doctor technicae (PhD) in Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Wien and a Master of Science in Ground Vehicle Engineering with a specialization in Vehicle Dynamics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
