René Szczepek has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. René started their career at Mercedes-AMG GmbH in 2011, where they completed an internship in vehicle testing and later worked as a thesis student. In 2012, they worked as a vehicle dynamic simulation specialist at the same company. René then briefly worked as an instructor and driver coach before returning to Mercedes-AMG as a vehicle dynamic engineer in 2015. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Head of Vehicle Dynamics - Integration & Simulation.
